We collect only what we need to take your order and answer you.
01 · What we collect
- Orders: your name, email, phone number and shipping address, and the pieces you buy.
- Messages and forms: what you send us through the contact, inquiry, appointment and sell forms, including any photos you upload.
- Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Your bag: kept in your own browser so it’s there when you return. It isn’t sent to us until you check out.
- Technical logs: our host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.
02 · What we don’t do
We don’t run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site, and we don’t sell your personal information.
03 · Why we use it
To process and ship your order, send order emails, answer your messages, handle buy-backs and showroom appointments, prevent fraud, and keep business and tax records.
04 · Who we share it with
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Resend: sending our emails to you.
- Render: hosting this site and its database.
- Shipping carriers: your name and address, to deliver your order.
05 · How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as business and tax rules require. Messages are kept until we’ve dealt with them and for a reasonable time after.
06 · Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing youarentfamily@gmail.com. We may need to keep some order records for legal reasons.
If you’re a California resident you have rights over your personal information under California law. We honour them, and we don’t sell or share personal information.
07 · Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date above.
